Dans cet atelier, vous apprendrez \u00e0 cueillir les plantes m\u00e9dicinales sauvages ou cultiv\u00e9es, en respectant la plante et en favorisant sa repousse.<\/p>\n

Je vous partage des recettes de transformation pour prendre soin de votre sant\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re naturelle et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Nous aborderons toutes les pr\u00e9cautions d\u2019usage et contre-indications des plantes \u00e9tudi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Vous apprendrez \u00e0 couper, faire s\u00e9cher vos plantes, faire une alcoolature de plante fraiche, faire une alcoolature de plantes s\u00e8ches ainsi que trois recettes de tisanes ou d\u00e9coctions pour remin\u00e9raliser l\u2019organisme, r\u00e9guler le cycle f\u00e9minin en douceur et soutenir le syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/p>\n
